The SDHSAA website is where you can locate state event information as well as SDHSAA rules.

Physicals

Every student is required to have a current SDHSAA medical history and physical form on file with the activities department prior to being allowed to participate. This includes practices. Forms must be dated after April 1 to be valid for the following year.
