West Central School District will host District-Wide Picture and Registration Support Day for all students on August 3, 2026 from 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM at the High School.
Returning Students (Early Childhood - 12th grade) must complete an online annual registration through the parent portal. If you haven't completed this process, please follow the instructions provided below under "Annual Online Registration - How To Register". Must be completed by August 3rd.
Registration Support Day will provide hands-on assistance and computers for anyone who needs help with school and/or activity registration. In addition, you'll be able to:
Make payments
Meet with the school nurse, transportation, and food service staff
Purchase activity passes and booster club spirit wear
Learn about other West Central School organizations
School Pictures:
Scherling Photography will be on-site for 2026-2027 school pictures. All students should have their photo taken for the yearbook and school ID, even if you don't order prints.

Paper order forms will be available on August 3.
Prices may vary for photos ordered after August 3.
Make-up photo day: September 16, 2026
Activity Registration:
Activity Registration will be done through "Bound" again this school year. Middle school and high school students planning to participate in an Athletic or Fine Art Activity (Band, Chorus, Oral Interp, Theatre, etc) must register through Bound prior to the start of the activity and must have all required documents completed and uploaded.
Physicals are required annually for athletes. Participants' physicals are required to be uploaded into Bound prior to the first day of practice.
Instructions on "how to register" are available on the Registration tab on the website.
Bound Registration Support will also be available August 3rd.
Important Notes
Nutrition Services:
Apply for free/reduced meal benefits and make deposits through School Café (available on the school website).
You will need your student's 9-digit student ID to create an account.

High School Computers: Available for pickup on August 18, 9am-5pm at the HS Help Desk (next available pickup will be the first day of school). Fees must be paid before pickup.
Middle School Devices: Distributed after school begins. Fees must be paid before school starts.
Busing Registration: Closes August 3. If you miss the deadline, your child will be unable to ride the bus until registration reopens September 1 (based on availability).
Activity Passes: To be purchased through Bound.

Complete Online Registration
Log in to the Campus Parent Portal on the Registration Tab>Existing WC Families on our website.
Complete all sections of the online registration and click "Save and Continue" on each tab.
Click "Submit" on the final screen to finalize your registration.
Deadline: Registration must be completed by August 3, 2026.
Make Online Payments
Return to the West Central homepage to pay through RevTrak.
Payments must be made before services are provided (e.g., computer fees must be paid before receiving a device).
