An exciting way we celebrate positive behavior at Humboldt Elementary is with a Trojan Tribute award. These awards are given to students for following the 3 B's (be responsible, be respectful, be safe). Every Friday, award winners are randomly chosen and given a small prize as recognition for a job well done! Once a month, we throw sticky darts at the Trojan Tributes that have been accumulated throughout the month and 10 lucky winners are picked for a monthly prize also! Today was a fun Friday morning celebrating positive behavior at Humboldt Elementary!

Good Morning: Today, I was privileged to ride one of our bus routes. On this route, two vehicles ran through the bus's red flashing lights. This is very dangerous for our kids. Please pass on the message that red flashing lights mean stop! Thank you

FCCLA attended Teens as Teachers at the USD campus in Sioux Falls. The FCCLA members learned about how to create a lesson plan about the different pillars of character development. They will take what they learned and work with the elementary students about how character development can make a large impact in your own personal growth.
